The interview process is longer than what I've experienced before. You meet with HR, the hiring Manager, the Director of the department, and a peer (when applicable) - each interview is anywhere from 30 min to 1.5 hours, one-on-one. There is also an assessment that includes math, verbal reasoning, and a personality test. You never see the results but we talked about the strengths and weaknesses during the interview with the hiring manager and director. I got the feeling it was to determine how aware of them I was and how open I was to working and developing them.

The process went very quickly, less than a week. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, we talked about previous experience, how I fit into the role, and what I was looking for in the opportunity. I was scheduled for an in person interview while on the phone interview. I was on-site in Minneapolis the two later. 3 interviews, one with the hiring manager and her counter part, one with two supervisors, and one with a company VP. The process took just short of 3 hours. Each interview was directed at behavioral responses, past experience, and what I was looking for in the role. The interview with the VP was more questions geared toward processing through questions (somewhat bizarre scenarios) and questions about character and why I felt I was a good fit for the role.
I left the interview, heard back from the hiring manager the same day with a job offer.
I also took the company assessment prior to the onsite interview.
