Did initial screening with recruiter who didn’t seem to have all the details straight. Business Development Manager blew off the first interview because “he couldn’t get his Teams to work because his IT person was updating it”. That doesn’t make sense. Heard back later that he had “changed his mind”. Unprofessional.
