there was an initial recruiter interview and this was folllowed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. then there was an in person interview with the vp and hiring manager. both interviewers asked about my work history and behavioral/situational interview questions and asked if I had any questions to ask. at the end after an offer was placed, there was a background/criminal search and reference check
