I was contacted b y a recruiter who thought I'd be a good fit for the marketing role. I did a phone interview, then interviewed with someone looking for a personality fit with the company. After that, I interviewed with someone currently working in the marketing department. My feeling was that all the interviews went well. After the last interview I was ghosted and haven't heard back. For a company that sold it's culture and c-suite leadership, I was a bit surprised they didn't do any follow up, at least to say thank you but we're not moving forward.
