I did a phone screening call then another phone call to meet the team and finally was invited out to see the facilities. I drove out and stayed the night in a hotel which they paid for which was nice. They also covered my travel expenses and any meals I had while travelling. At the facility, I met with many members of the team, went to lunch with a few of them and ended the day with a facility tour. It was a long day of answering and asking questions but was a good learning experience.
