Interview process was 4 months long and inconsistent. 5 rounds of interviews among which I had 2 additional “final” rounds. Huge gaps in communication. About 15 days wait for the feedback. In the end, just received the email from the HR team that I didn’t go through - email was written in such a way that I felt like I never talked to anybody from the company. Without any explanations - an email template for job applicants that didn’t get the chance to get interviewed. Recruiter was very professional - always available and responsible for any questions. All the employees that I talked to were nice and supportive. Wouldn’t recommend international students (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B) waisting their time on interviews with them since the explanation in the final round is that they have to estimate what’s in the stake with someone on OPT (work visa). They knew from the start that I am on OPT work visa and they should have finished process earlier.

They had a very communicative, straight forward, and good timeline in their interview process. Everyone kept me up to date with my application and any delays were notified to me to keep me in the loop.
