The introductory call was very pleasant, and the company sounds overall wonderful. There is a test that is given for people to take. Instead of scheduling and interview after the test to discuss it they use it and will immediately reject many. Not everyone maybe great test takers due to pressure. There are learning methods that were not considered. Some people are verbal and can explain the processes better. The jobs are available, People are available. Companies are being just as picky as individuals. Many also can learn on the job without much guidance. All things should be considered
