I was reached out by Collibra's Principal Recruiter via LinkedIn. The recruiter said he was really interested in my profile and schedule a phone conversation with me, but in the end he never showed up. About 10 minutes AFTER our scheduled time (that the recruiter himself suggested), I received a note saying that he had a last minute meeting that went over and asked if I would be ok with rescheduling the meeting. I replied back almost immediately confirming that it would be ok to reschedule and suggesting days/times that I'd be available; however, I never heard back again. Overall, this process was extremely unprofessional.
