The overall interview process took about three or so weeks. There was a lot of interview time that needed to be coordinated with management, students, other CT colleagues, etc...The last round of the interview was meeting with the Executive Director, and then soon thereafter, I got the offer. The hardest part was probably meeting with the students, and wanting to impress them.
