The interview process with CP is thorough and intensive. Be prepared, bring lots of questions. This is for yourself more than the interviewer. Their aim is to make sure you are a good fit, you are not trying to win the job. This job requires a financial investment and is a major time commitment so it is important to make sure your lifestyle and career goals are a good fit. The process can be about 3-5 interviews.

A couple of Skype and in person interviews/information sessions. There were around 5-10 questions you were to answer and submit. There was an online test to see if you have the personality to run a business. Lost of opportunity to ask questions, lean about the experience and build a small business plan before you fully commit to anything.
