Then, I had an interview scheduled with the hiring manager and the HR director. 3rs step was a writing assignment specific to the job. Last step was a non formal interview with the CEO to get an idea if my personality would fit with the organization. Overall the process was really quick (less than a month) and the HR Director was really professional. I always knew which steps will be next and it was very transparent. Every question I had was answered really quickly.
