Interview process was initially a "get to know you" call, with a short unexpected technical assessment added onto it. After that, there was a take-home assessment. The assessment seemed relevant to the work, but was graded very harshly considering the lack of detail/openness of the original prompt. Most of their feedback was inaccurate or not well thought out which leads me to believe it was rushed.
