For Technical Recruiter, Interview Process has an online test of 1-hour consist of numerical ability, reasoning, and basic English, the test was very easy, if cleared there were two rounds of Interview.

So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
