The interview included three or four steps. One or two with HR, one with the Director for the position and one with the VP of Sales. It was informed, professional, and moved in a timely manner.
Had a general interview with the Hiring personnel, then had 3 follow up interviews with superiors to my position. Topics revolved from experience, what one is looking for at their next opportunity, and their current projects going on at the moment.
