Das Vorstellungsgespräch war wirklich fair und gut und die Atmosphäre war sehr nett und sehr angenehm. Bisher habe ich noch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und bin sehr gespannt was daraus wird.

Entrevista
Pay range was far below average with no flexibility. Weird 3 vs 1 interview style. Questions they asked were VERY very generic ... they did not seem like they were experienced interviewers. Poor scheduling — 2 weeks between interviews meant lost momentum. Lack of diversity. All the people I talked to were of the same age, race, sex, and even hairstyle.

“Are you okay with working remotely?” …. Really it’s been 3 years since COVID. “What’s something you enjoy about this job? What don’t you like about the job?” “Is there anything we haven’t asked yet that you think we should ask you about?”
