Sent my resume to the HR department and heard back within a week to set up to come in for some testing. I had to do two exams, one of them was a personality test and the other was a reasoning test. Both were very long, and the reasoning test was quite challenging. Then I had a one on one interview with HR and a one on one interview with the department manager.
