Put us into groups and talked about life and how you’ll manage the job and other commitments. Focused lots on time management in future and implied that you have to stay.
Easy and smooth. Didn’t ask much questions. I prepared and answered honestly. Started working the following week. Got to work with good colleagues and made lots of friends. Managers were strict but fair. I enjoyed the process.
Online, scary and intimidating. Questions popped up then had to answer quick and once. Didn’t get much think time and staring at screen felt weird. Put you in different scenarios and asked what you would do.
