I applied online, my interview was cancelled by the interviewer 3 days after getting a booked interview slot. I was that confused ,as to what did actually was needed from me. After awhile they did come back through email that I was not selected.

Interview was very laidback. A group meeting of sorts with the person in charge of the section and other interviewees. We filled in a form about what we wanted in terms of hours, locations, positions. And we had the opportunity to ask as many questions about the role as we wanted.

They basically showed you around for what you'd do if you get the job, then go over your CV in the office. You get the decision a couple days later
