In person interview. Group interview with other department candidates as well.
1) Tell me about your self ( past experiences) That's it. Super easy. Sent me a email that I Passed the interview after 2 weeks and then accepted went to work following week.
Easy. the process was easy I think
mostly on difficult customers. they do wanna understand how will you manage or handle your customers. Overall it was an average interview. Were some scenario based questions too.

The interview process was quite lengthy. You have group and one on one interviews. They both happen on the same day. Takes around 1-2 weeks to hear back from them.
Great, quick and easy, it wasnt too long the responses were quick and generally let you know on the day if you got accepted or not, and they proceed to tell you the next steps
