It was a 2 month process! I applied for Customer Concierge or Sales Agent. First I went to a group interview with 25 other people where they split us into 4 groups and did a rotation of interviewers for each group at about 15 minutes per interviewer. It was about 5 weeks later that I was called to interview with the Sales Managers (2) then I waited another 2 weeks and was sent an online test, personality and skills. Apparently I fit the Concierge profile the best. I was then called in a week later to interview in front of 7 people! Including the owner. With such a lengthy interview process I expected much more from this company.

Lengthy for an entry level job. Started with a standard resume, then a group interview, personality test, general knowledge test, background check & final interview was with VP's & Sales Manager.
