From online submission to first contact was within 48 hrs. Face-to-face short, brief informal interview in the store with manager and assistant manager after talking on the phone briefly. Easy process and was able to schedule in-store interview fairly quickly.

Had a in-person interview with behavioral questions focused on past customer service experience, teamwork, handling challenging situations, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Then received a call to see my availability to start.
