The interview was very typical. The interviewer wanted to know about me and what I can add to the company. The dress is professional which is appropriate for this level. I was then requested to meet with 2 other people. This was a single interview through a recruiter. There were no other interviews needed. I did most of the talking. Be prepared to answer out of the box questions about your background that relates to the job one is interviewing for.

To the point, very different questions and involved a lot of new techniques that are now often seen in work place interviews. I was intrigued by the level of information that was required including a very lengthy personality test which had very unusual questions. Suffice to say it was intriguing to say the least.
