Easy and non threatening. Started with a phone interview with HR, moved to a in person with the hiring manager, met the team. Final interview was a three person board which ended with a one on one the President of the region. After the process I was asked to take a background test which took an additional week. My offer letter was lower than the range so I negotiated a higher base and accepted the position.
