They called me for a prescreening and rejected my application afterwards despite I am actually way overqualified for the position. A very, VERY young software engineer located in Florida invited me to prescreening interview and I am an EU member citizen (non native speaker but not bad at all). The interviewer was speaking very fast - borderline neurotic. Somehow for 15 minutes conversation he decided that I am not experienced despite the fact I have 13 years experience in the industry working for huge corporations on a mission critical projects. Very unprofessional recruiting process in my opinion.
