What strategy implications were for ETH changing from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake
Case study and zoom interviews, HR screen first. Case study was specific to the role, minimal data analysis & a presentation. Zoom interviews were finance/consulting vague questions. Some high level Coinbase strategy discussion.
Weird process with psychological stress as part of the process which makes the inteview process seem long and confusing. In the end not much follow up from the team and so not aware of what happened in the end of the round
