Initial recruiter interview, job description outlined a range of base comp which meet my requirements. However once on the phone they would only offer the absolute lowest base pay in that job description and were not willing to negoiate (said it was there company policy that they do not allow negoiations). Job description clearly needs to be updated if they are only going to offer you the abosulate minimum.
