There was nothing wrong with the process, I contacted with HR on linkedIn and she was fast enough to schedule the first round within a few days. I read a lot of reviews here on Glassdoor indicating red flags 馃毄 but still thought of going ahead and found out the reviews are still valid. Had the same experience as mentioned in other reviews, interviewer not able to explain the question and literally asked me to google what is a leader number(seriously ?). Then moved to the next problem with same broken english(provided three solutions and he kept on insisting something else鈥ust see if you can do something else. Anyways, coming to the last question he had hinted me of not using the solution I was suggesting because of the complexity and when I googled later I found out that it was the only solution to the problem. Interviewer will join the call and will take your intro and then will directly start asking questions(no camera on, no self intro). The next point can be taken positively or negatively both- He asked question and sat quietly until i complete the ans every time. P.S. it鈥檚 just yesterday when I was interviewed so feedback might come a little later(or not at all) but be it anything I would not like to work with such people. Lesson: Start taking Glassdoor feedbacks seriously
