The initial 'round' was a written, take home assignment with pretty in-depth questions about the cryptocurrency industry. The questions ranged from data oriented questions, to how you source your crypto information and contact. After the take home assignment, there were 3 rounds of interviews. The first with the team lead, the second with the team lead of a different team, and the third with the CEO. Subsequent conversations with HR to set up the contract were good and pretty relaxed, although sometimes slightly confusing. Overall a very good experience!
