Entrevista
Interview was with the partner of the advisory group. Primarily asked about experience and whether I have the required skills. Financial advisory has a bias towards accountancy so my background in audit was appreciated. CPA is a plus but not required. No tests were performed. Later on the group introduced a skill test, primarily testing the ability to understand financial statements, provide an overview and high level analysis of some accounts and also perform certain functions in excel (pulling together the trial balances, organizing some data into tables, and manipulating some financial data to get a quick analysis of the company).

Entrevista
I did an initial screen with someone in HR. After that, I had a day of virtual video interviews with different team members. The conversations were very straight forward and were mostly centered around learning about my work experience and learning about the team I was going to be working with. The whole process moved pretty quickly as I received an offer about a week after the interviews.

They asked me to describe my work experience at my prior jobs
The interview was very conversational, I got to see some of the office. Some technical concepts were brought up and we discussed prior work experience. We also discussed the day to day work and processes. The interviewers were very friendly - I interviewed with a couple seniors as well as a partner.
