Great experience especially during tax season. The interview process itself was nice as you are interviewed by two co-workers who are at the senior associate level or higher. As long as you prepare, the interview is easier compared to the big four and should be no worry if you care.
Straightforward process with recruiter (30 min) and team (2 rounds for 30 min each). Knew the result within 2 weeks of the interview date which was helpful, and allowed me to plan accordingly.
Two rounds but the first one was a recording. Second round was with two different managers for a half hour each. It was mainly behavioral questions it didn’t get very technical.
