was given an UX problem and they need entire process to be followed. (IA, User journeys, user flows, Personas, VD). Was given 4 days of time 2 days of a weekend. Pathetic experience of the Interview was Once you send the assignment (I spent good 4 days to finish it up) there is no feedback, no calls, no emails. I had to email twice which I did not get reply for. I had to call twice to get an update which is pathetic and at the end "sorry, we offered to someone but, we will keep u in our database." My strong recommendation, never apply or take up an interview you will end up wasting ur time.
