I applied through Cohesity careers web portal and was contacted by the recruiter within a week. Interview scheduling, updates about next process, communications on any changes to schedule and onsite arrangements were exceptional. Overall, the interview process was great and smooth. Recruiter was very helpful throughout the process and feedback on each screening level was provided within a day or two. Two initial phone interviews were done within 3 days followed by an onsite interview after 14 days since I am located in different state. During onsite interview, spoke with 5 people. Interview was technical related to storage, virtualization, testing methodologies and programming basics. People who interviewed were very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Interviewers answered all my questions clearly regarding product, team structure and targeted market. Received offer within 2 days of onsite interview and decided to accept the offer. Excited to join Cohesity team soon.
