I responded to an ad that said they were looking to hire an additional administrative assistant. I submitted my resume and cover letter to the provided email address. It took a few days to hear back but finally I got a call (can't remember who it was) and was asked to come in and meet with the managers. They were very welcoming and made me feel relaxed right away. There were two other females in the waiting room so it seemed like a high demand interview. I met with two managers and went through the job responsibilities and general information before going into more standard questions. I didn't get an offer, but it was still a good interview process.
