First round/HR screening: I was asked hard behavioral interview questions.
Second round (case study): The interviewer emailed me a profitability case when the interview started. I received a pdf with the description and an Excel with the data. I need to spend an hour offline to create a pitch that answers all 5 questions on the PDF by analyzing the Excel file. After an hour, I need to log in to a meeting to present the case to manager-level interviewers.
