1st level - screen with a recruiter - typical - 2nd level - met with owner - what was very sad was that during the interview the owner openly said I generally only hire people 23-45 - he told me that he had major problems with his reps following up on issues with many of his clients. I knew this was going nowhere as he never asked about any examples about my challenges or anywhere I grew business. I was given the blow off exercise - here is our business - tell me which industries or verticals you would target - take your time and get back to me - In our 30 minutes together -I already provided 5-6 industries that are valid target industries
