My interview was not that formal. I was living abroad and had a chat with the CEO and COO over the phone. This was at an earlier time in the company. I just chatted about what i had been working on lately and then they proceeded to tell me about Cogsdale. Then asked if I could come in when i got back. I did, and they asked when I could start. Pretty easy for all. I know that the hiring process is much different these days.
