I applied once before and they rejected me on the basis of MTI. After 3 months I applied again. And got through. Down the line, I have seen pathetic people being selected with no voice experience. It does matter when you finally get an answer in Hindi. Anyway, hiring standards have been all time low. Without transport now, yet they are hiring saying transport is available.
