it was a nuture program from cognizant. got selected through a cognizant hackathon. which was after the learning program of the nature program first 3 month learning then several 4 round of test and at the end interview round.

Interview discussion both L1 and L2 were of medium difficulty but the fact that the HR has ghosted me after that it really questionable.I tried reaching out to Hr and she didn’t even reply once to my texts calls or email. I mean why would you expect for someone to take leaves and appear for interview after 2 reschedules from your end and then decide to ghost. No rejection or feedback just go off grid.
