I didn't have a good experience with cognizant. Interview was for 1 hour but they joined after half n hour. So the interview happened only for 30 mins. The Interviewer didn't turn on their camera and felt like one way interaction. The person didn't join the call whose name ws written in email rather two juinor girls joined the call . And they asked me to write login functionality code using Playwright and said rudely that I have only 10 mins to write. I answered almost all questions correctly and they took around 1 week to get back to me. I chased them regularly then they came with a feedback . Pathetic hiring process.
