It was fast and smooth. The recruiters and managers were nice and it felt like I was in a formal conversation rather than a questionnaire they had to fulfill. It took no more than 3 weeks to receive the news they were hiring me

Interviews themselves were fine, however the period of time between first contact and a decision is quite lengthy. There was a lot of waiting to hear updates, which can take the enjoyment out of it.
4 level interviews, 2 virtual and 1 face to face, and final offer acceptance post back ground check initiation. Interviews were focussed on hiring strategy, volume hiring and niche hiring.
