Technical round is the important one which you must concentrate on. HR round is mostly only for salary discussion and joining date discussion. Technical round would be little bit tougher so pls be prepared.
Very brief and you can get the feeling they have a profile you must fit, like a square, and maybe you’re a triangle. Overall qualifications and ability don’t seem to be drivers when screening. Maybe choosing India employees freed up after a project get first shot versus most qualified?
