I had a phone screening with the HR representative and was then later notified of the interview schedule.
The interview was with two of the Senior Managers at the firm and it was interactive. They thoroughly went through the technical knowledge that I had in my resume and asked me write down sample codes to further assess me on the depth of my knowledge.

3 stage hiring process evaluates candidates using an Online Assessment for aptitude, a Technical Interview for problem-solving proficiency, and an HR Round to confirm cultural alignment and overall organizational fit.

Can you explain the step-by-step journey of a data packet through the OSI layers
Aptitude, communication, technical, hr rounds are there in this hiring process. All three rounds are at average level of difficulty. So focus on more communication and networking based stuff. Then hr round is easy they just ask ate okay with relocation and salary and shifts

Entrevista
1st Round was the Communication Round, which was pretty easy.
The second Round was the Aptitude Round. I did pretty well, so I got to move on to the interview round.
So, for the GenC Role, they would mainly ask about Cloud and Network and things that you have mentioned in your resume.
