I attended the walk-in drive for the Selenium Automation Tester role after it was advertised as an open recruitment drive. I waited in the queue for nearly an hour, submitted my details, received a temporary ID card, completed the QR registration, and my resume was collected. Around 15 minutes later, I was asked to show an interview call letter. I explained that I had come for the advertised walk-in drive, but I was informed that only candidates with interview call letters were being considered. I did not get the opportunity to attend the interview. I hope future events clearly communicate the eligibility criteria before candidates spend time waiting and completing the registration process.
