I applied online and heard back rather quickly from an HR rep. Scheduled an initial screen and immediately followed up with an interview with the hiring manager. After that interview there was absolutely zero communication from anyone at Cognizant. I've been ghosted before but never after actually interviewing. Profoundly unprofessional conduct.
