I interviewed with the company (Xerox) before we were rebadged to Cognizant.
The interviewing process was stream less. After the interview with the hiring manager, I was brought on board within 3 weeks.

Most difficult questions were specific to my experience designing/developing systems. Was told up front that there would be mandatory overtime and weekend work.

Skill Test followed by two rounds of interview by the Senior Leadership. Overall the entire process was transparent and the HR coordinator provided timely update on status of the application.
multiple rounds of interviews, many technical questions. Multiple location of interviews across multiple levels of technical and management. Asked questions on raw analysis, technical analysis project mgmt and quality control.
