One technical interview and one behavioral interview. I initially met with cognizant at my college's career fair and was called back for an interview. the behavioral and technical interviews were held by different people and the process was about an hour long
I applied through a referral. There was 2 interview calls .. first is about my previous experience. I had a career break , so there were questions regarding that.
Second was technical round where they asked specifically about testing methodologies and tools I used.
