Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Cognizant (Pune) en jul 2019
Entrevista
Interview was scheduled at 9:30am. But there was complete mismanagement when I reached there. There was a huge rush for Java and Dot Net candidates standing in the same queue.
The actual interview started at 12:30pm. The interviewer was very rude. He tried to belittle me with his questions and tried making fun when I didn't know some of the answers. Was asked to leave for the day which is their code of rejection.

Entrevista
I did 3 rounds of interview, each of them technical, I managed to get to the client, the client were the only one who noticed that I wasn't a support engineer (I didn't apply to that position either, apparently somebody switched me in the middle of the process)
Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Cognizant (Bengaluru) en oct 2025
Entrevista
The interview process included an initial HR screening followed by a technical assessment to test my Java skills. After that, I had one or two rounds of technical interviews focusing on coding, problem-solving, and frameworks like Spring Boot. Finally, there was a managerial round to discuss project experience and team collaboration.
