Through campus Recruitment and off campus drives. There are many more mode of hiring process viz. Employee referral and Weekend recruitment drives.There are mostly five rounds of interviews are conducted which includes communication skill ( verbal and non-verbal), Aptitude test , quantitative test, Personnel interview and HR Round. Background verification is also done for the experienced ones.

Can you explain the step-by-step journey of a data packet through the OSI layers
Aptitude, communication, technical, hr rounds are there in this hiring process. All three rounds are at average level of difficulty. So focus on more communication and networking based stuff. Then hr round is easy they just ask ate okay with relocation and salary and shifts

1st Round was the Communication Round, which was pretty easy.
The second Round was the Aptitude Round. I did pretty well, so I got to move on to the interview round.
So, for the GenC Role, they would mainly ask about Cloud and Network and things that you have mentioned in your resume.
