For initial candidates there was no written test. Later on for other candidates there was written test. May be to filter out candidates.There were two technical round. It was very slow process.

2 interview rounds, first was technical round…..they ask about all basic questions of java and mainly hands on experience in selenium and then HR round or sometimes they might have another technical round as well . Overall okay experience.
It was good and the hiring process went well
I was quite confident that i will get selected through the interview process itself. It went for 30 mins and it was a virtual interview. The project manager did ask lot of questions I managed to answer all

Entrevista
I have attended cognizant interview twice within 3 months and cleared all the round till HR but they didn't sent offer letter. They asked all the documents and conduct live interview. If there is no opening/don't want to hire anyone stop conducting interview. Feel every week they want to do time pass that is why calling everyone or want to show some work.
