I had got a mail through Cognizant Hr Team directly for an interview on 6th Feb 2018. So accordingly I went for face to face interview on the scheduled time. There were 3 rounds.. First was Hr round where they asked us to introduce ourselves. 2nd round was Manager round where the manager asked us some technical questions and 3 rd was Gm round where an senior manager took an interview by asking some technical questions. Then I had received an email from Hr confirming my selection and to come the next day for documentation. So accordingly my documents were checked and the scan copy of all the documents were submitted. Till this all went good... All my documents were good. However it's been a month and I haven't received my offer letter though my selection was confirmed. I had taken regular follow-up but no one from the organization is bothered to reply anything on mail.
